Product Overview

Winding is the final process in PP strapping production, directly determining the appearance quality of finished rolls and customer satisfaction. This production line is equipped with 6 independent fully automatic drop-down winding machines, each corresponding to one strapping strand.

Each winder is driven by an independent servo motor (1.5KW) and a servo traversing system (0.4KW), with a winding speed of up to 300 m/min. Independent control allows separate setting of winding tension and speed for each strand, perfectly accommodating minor variations that may occur in multi-channel production.

The drop-down unloading design allows finished rolls to automatically drop off, making operation convenient and efficient. The servo-driven traversing system ensures uniform, tight arrangement of the tape on the paper core, resulting in neat rolls with flat end faces, without loose or overlapping layers.
